Put one leg on the bench and grab the far side with your hand, then bend over so your upper body is parallel with the ground. Reach down and pick up the dumbbell in your right hand with a neutral grip (palm facing you), then hold it with your arm extended, keeping your back straight. This exercise is a great way to work out your back muscles.

Detailed Workout Plan

Rest one knee on the bench and use your arm to support yourself in a leaned over position.
Grab the dumbbell and ensure you are in a comfortable position with your back flat, parallel to the ground.
Drive your elbow upward and lift the dumbbell upward in a straight line.
