Jenn is the exuberant certified personal trainer, who is changing lives and inspiring people everyday! Jenn sets the example of how adopting a balanced lifestyle (healthy diet and active lifestyle) can change people’s lives mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually! Jenn’s training style incorporates HITT, calisthenics, resistance training, weight training, and sprinting! Jenn avoids sticking to a particular style in order to keep workouts fun, challenging, and different, which teaches clients how to adopt health and fitness beyond losing or gaining weight.
